WeightWare - Your Weight and Health Diary - Features

WeightWare uses a "tabbed dialog" layout to efficiently display a lot of information in an easy-to-use format.

The upper portion of the window contains the Menu, the Toolbar, and the Tabs. The Toolbar allows you to quickly add new information to your WeightWare database, and access other features.

The tabs allow you to view your weight and health records in the following ways:

• Calendar - a monthly Calendar view
• Goals - a summary of your current Weight Goals
• Graphs - because a picture is worth a thousand words
• Statistics - quick access to summary statistics
• Health History - a spreadsheet-like listing of your Health and Weight records
• Exercise History - a spreadsheet-like listing of your Exercise records
